They have programs like wordpress which make it easy to use a template to create your website and also offer free programs to run a forum. Unless you know something about connecting these programs together on same domain and/or sub-domains you may want to ask for some help from someone who knows how to do that. It involves working with databases and such which can get complicated. Wordpress is always a quick install from bluehost so you could give it a try and at least get your business page running with your information and then look into the forum, which is more complicated. Your best bet is to find a good web design and development company to set it up for you.

You can use bluehost to do both. You can always give it a try, but usually there will be no customer service to speak of and there could be malicious code being run in the background if it is not a reputable company.

It’s hard to say. you’d have to read the details and find out. I'd like to have both a forum and a business webpage on my site. SEO is a complicated strategy that you have to plan for. It is best to make your content the best it can be and add to SEO in other know ways. Your content will go a long way into improving your rankings and you can always improve on that with the code on your site as well as links and other methods. I hope to get to informing you about SEO in the future.

Changes to how you code your website can definitely have an effect on the SEO of an existing website.
